Exchanges, Credits & Refunds

Pigeon Baby would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return or exchange products for any reason, you must apply in via written email to within 14 days of receiving your items.  

If consent is not granted to return your products within that period of time you will be conclusively deemed to have accepted the products and Pigeon Baby shall not incur any subsequent liability in respect thereof.

Exchanges and refunds will only apply to items that have not been opened or used and are returned in perfect quality. Once we have received the original items we will go ahead and send out your alternative product or your refund.

Pigeon Baby may offer at its own discretion entirely:


  • A credit to you for the products which have been correctly returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were dispatched (subject to a charge for reasonable costs where products were ordered incorrectly); or
  • Subject to any express warranty given by Pigeon Baby, to provide replacement products.
  • Direct refund to the card or bank account used to purchase your orders.

Please note:

We are unable to refund any freight charges, and for reasons of hygiene, cannot replace or refund goods if they have been opened or the seals have been broken, unless they are faulty. We do not exchange or refund goods for the reason of change of mind.


Faulty Items


If you consider a product is faulty, please contact us immediately on and do not use the product.



Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled after 12 hours. Alternatively items must be returned to us in accordance with the returns policy.
